All products (that need to be satisfied the conditions below), counting 10 business days from the date of delivery,  send the items back to us  with proof (image of bill or tracking code) and we’ll refund your money follow the bank days.

Once we received the package, you will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our fault). More than 10 business days from the date of delivery, the return is refused.

The Condition of the return:

  • Product incorrect description.
  • Defective product due to manufacturer.
  • Product expired.
  • Product is damaged during shipping.
  • Product does not work.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We (M-Plus Ecommerce) allow for returns and exchanges if products violate any conditions above. 

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 10-days return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

– For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by M-Plus Ecommerce.

– Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.

– Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received

– Name of Item

– Order Number
